ENT Memphis would like to spotlight one of our own—Pamela Hattaway. Pam has been a devoted member of the ENT Memphis staff since July 2012, and her hard work and dedication have not gone unnoticed. It’s our pleasure to announce that Pam has been recently been named “Supervisor of Billing and Back Office Operations.”
With previous experience working as both an insurance agent and an accounts payable/receivable clerk, Pam’s background gives her the ability to assist patients in understanding the ins-and-outs of insurance and billing for their medical procedures.
Pam says that she loves her job because she gets to “help those I work with daily”. When she has the opportunity, Pam loves to travel, go fishing, and spend time with her family.
