Newly appointed as ENT Memphis’ Clinic Manager, Bridget Hughes, is a familiar face around the office. Bridget started with ENT Memphis in 2006 as a nursing graduate, from Northwest Mississippi Community College. Prior to her promotion, Bridget served as a liaison between her patients and Dr. Lazar, securing and safeguarding the continuity of care for her patients.
Because Bridget spent many years as an advocate for each patient walking through the doors of ENT Memphis, she has a unique mindset that allows her to serve as an effective Clinic Manager. Her new role allows her to coordinate care for patients and to make sure they are referred to the right physician when needed. She was selected for this role because of her strong leadership abilities, her dedication to the patients, and her ability to advocate for patients.
Training is one of Bridget’s favorite things about her job. As Dr. Rande Lazar is always on the cusp of the newest technological and scientific practices made available in modern medicine, it is important that he has an efficacious leader—as he does in Bridget—to ensure that ENT Memphis’ patients receive the best care available.
Originally hailing from Greenville, Mississippi, Bridget has lived in Olive Branch for the last twelve years. She’s been married for ten years, and she and her husband lovingly share in their greatest achievement, their three children. One of Bridget’s favorite things to do is spending time playing volleyball with her family.
